What is an elopement?
An elopement is a small, intimate ceremony experience focused entirely on the couple and their commitment to one another. Instead of a traditional wedding, an elopement typically includes a simple ceremony with just the couple or a very small group of guests. It’s designed to be meaningful, stress‑free, and centered on the moments that matter most.
Our venue and team of professionals are here to offer a beautiful, meaningful elopement experience—something far more personal and memorable than a standard courthouse ceremony.
Our Elopements Max at 30 people. Additional Fees apply to staffing, food and beverage consumption for groups from 20-30 people. We do not charge for children below the age of 3.
Typical Elopement Timeline
Ceremony (15–30 minutes)
A simple, heartfelt ceremony surrounded by your closest loved ones. This includes your vows, ring exchange, and any personal touches you choose to add.
Cocktail Hour & Mini Celebration (1 hour)
After the ceremony we invite everyone for light appetizers and mimosas.
Enjoy a relaxed cocktail hour that still includes the meaningful moments couples love:
- Ceremonial cake cutting
- First dance
- Toasts or short speeches from your guests
This creates a sweet, memorable celebration without the pressure of a full reception, and our team of professionals are here to guide you through the experience.
Ceremony Location Options
We offer several beautiful ceremony locations to fit the season and the weather:
Main Outdoor Ceremony Site Our primary outdoor space is the most popular choice for summertime elopements, offering a natural, scenic backdrop for your vows.
Pavilion (Drizzly Weather Backup) For light rain or misty days, we provide a covered pavilion so your ceremony can still take place outdoors while keeping everyone comfortable.
Indoor Ceremony Space For severe weather—or during our off‑peak season from November through the end of April—we move ceremonies indoors to a warm, inviting space that still feels intimate and special.
Our elopement packages can be extended to include lunch or dinner service. These add‑on options are quoted separately based on your preferred menu selections and the number of guests attending.
Personalize Your Elopement
You’re welcome to add meaningful touches to make your celebration feel uniquely yours.
Couples often choose to personalize their day with:
- Custom music selections for the ceremony, first dance, and cocktail hour
- Revisions to the ceremony wording or the addition of special readings
- Additional floral pieces for the bridal party or flower girls in your selected color(s)
- Photography guidance, including preferred poses, must‑have shots, or special moments you want captured These small details help create an intimate, heartfelt experience that reflects your style and story.
Available Amenities
We provide a private bridal bathroom for quick touch‑ups before the ceremony.
Please Note: We do not offer a full bridal suite for elopements, as the time on property is limited to the elopement package.
Elopement Availability
We offer elopements on:
- Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays year‑round
- Select Sundays during off‑peak season
- Additional dates may open 2–3 months in advance if the venue is not booked for a full‑service wedding
Please Note: We do not offer Saturday elopements.
Micro‑Wedding Availability
Micro‑weddings are available on:
- Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays year‑round
- January, February, and March: Saturdays and Sundays are also available during these winter months
Full‑Day Wedding Rentals
For weddings with 50 guests or more, full‑day packages can be booked up to 18 months in advance.
